This is my second stay at the Quarterdeck. The location is handy for the shops and restaurants ; the beaches are also close by. The view from both windows is second to none.The apartment itself is both spacious and comfortable. Even though the West had been hit by two storms, it did not stop people from getting out and about. As always, the Aspects staff are friendly and helpful. I've already booked with Aspects for 2025.

The Quarterdeck is in a wonderful position overlooking St. Ives harbour with a good view from both the bedroom and living room. We didn't find the heating adequate for the cold weather we experienced while there. The kitchen equipment is a bit tired and could have been left in a cleaner state.

Such a perfect location (great for people watching, looking at the harbour tide going in and out, waking up to sunrise, and 2 mins from Porthmeor - so great for going for a dip in the waves there!). There is such a lovely sitting area by each window. The bedroom is such a lovely size and lets the light in so nicely. I’d love to stay there again. Only thing is, the place is in need of some TLC (e.g walls repainting, new carpet and updating tiles in the bathroom).

Fantastic apartment so close to the sea, the magical views changed hourly with the tide . Well equipped and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this holiday let for a couple .

A fantastic location with views to die for. Accessible for anyone with slight mobility issues. Close to all of the beaches and amenities - including bars, restaurants etc. A spacious bedroom with ample storage space - and the luxury of a large sofa/day bed to read and relax.

A little noisy on and evening in high season which is to be expected given its location.

We had a really lovely stay at The Quarterdeck. The location and views are amazing! I think the photos don’t do the space justice; it was much bigger than I expected. Lots of lovely extras too- the bucket, spades, balls, dvds and books were appreciated by my 10 year old.

I do think the bathroom could do with renovating. The bath really is worn with ingrained marks on it, as are the tiles. It’s a bit grubby which is a shame compared to the rest of the apartment. I also think curtains that block out the early morning sunrise would be helpful. It gets light very early in summer making it impossible to sleep. Finally a clothes airer would be helpful as it’s hard to dry wet towels.

We loved the hustle and bustle of the location but if you like peace and quiet, perhaps look in the back streets. However I highly recommend this apartment for its breathtaking views and atmosphere. Plenty of opportunity for people watching!

This is our second stay at the quarter deck, absolutely stunning. We have stopped with Aspects holidays four times twice at The Boathouse Loft, I wouldn't stay with another company. We enjoyed our week so much we managed to stay another night, the ladies at Aspects were so helpful, a big thankyou. Well sited apartment close to town and beach very enjoyable.

The Quarterdeck is an excellent place to stay. The view is to die for and it doesn't matter what the weather. Unfortunately for us there was a couple in the flat above with 3 dogs and 5 people above them with 2 dogs. The noise these people generated coming and going from their accommodation day and night was horrendous. Dogs barking and loud talking on the stairs even late at night.

Location over the harbour was excellent, spacious apartment, fully equipped, clean and tidy . Perfect for a couple who love to people watch .

I recommend The Quarterdeck, a comfortable stay for two people with lovely views over the harbour.

We had another great stay at the Quarterdeck with Aspect holidays which is above the Aspect holidays office in St. Ives, who are great and lovely to deal with and we think Nicole is great and always so helpful and lovely, thank you. We love this apartment as it’s close to everything is St. Ives and would definitely stay again.

The quarter deck was amazing, perfectly situated overlooking the harbour, Aspects Holidays were there 24/7 nothing was too much trouble.

Wonderful harbour views. Less than a minute away from town However naturally this comes with the noise expected of such a convenient location. Well equipped kitchen but no washing machine. There is a laundrette in town. Would definitely stay again.

The Quarterdeck is an ideal place to stay in St.Ives, to enjoy the wonderful views of the harbour and the close proximity of all the places you want to see or visit in the town. Overall a very clean, tidy and well presented property and an ideal base for exploring the town and all its attractions.

Perfectly located and very well furnished accommodation. Beautiful views and having a pasty shop next door was a bonus if only for the baking smells! We went in January and it was very good value for money. Definitely recommended.

I go to St Ives most years and always use Aspects as I like their customer service and overall have stayed at some lovely properties. But I have had disappointments too. I think more checks need to be made to ensure the comfort of the basics such as sofas, beds and pillows. Maybe bring your own pillows. I couldn’t as I was travelling by train. These things can spoil a holiday.

The location of the Quarter Deck in front of the harbour is perfect for walking to the shops, the bars and restaurants and to the four main beaches in St. Ives too.

We would also like to thank the lovely Nicole from Aspect Holidays who was there to help us if needs be.

For example, when we first arrived there was a problem with the lock to get in, but this was no problem and a locksmith was arranged within minutes, so they had us in the apartment in no time!

We have already booked again for next year as we loved it so much. My wife loves sitting in the chair in the window watching the harbour and simply people watching.

We didn’t want to leave and will be back next year.

The location of the Quarterdeck is wonderful and the big windows make it great for a bit of people watching and enjoying the beautiful view of the harbour! I was a bit disappointed when we arrived though as I feel the photos are a little deceiving. They are clearly quite old as the Quarterdeck is definitely in need of a lick of paint and a bit of love now! Despite that, if you are looking for the best location, then this is it!

Just returned from a fabulous week at The Quarterdeck. Apartment exactly as described, clean and comfortable with the best view over the harbour. Although we missed the luxury of a washing machine and dishwasher we felt compensated because of the reasonable price. Booked again for next year..can't wait!

We stayed at the quarterdeck recently,and it truly is an amazing apartment with views to die for,it is very well equipped with everything you would need for cooking an evening meal,we loved just sitting in the window,people watching and watching the tide ebb in and out of the harbour,it was very warm and cosy,and we will definitely be returning to this lovely apartment,very soon,location location.perfect holiday in beautiful st ives.

The Quarterdeck is a lovely apartment. Very clean and overall well equipped, although lacks a washing machine and dishwasher. The views and location are spectacular although being so central you need to be aware it can be noisy late at night, from holidaymakers "enjoying themselves " and early mornings from rubbish collections and delivery lorries. Also parking nearby in St Ives can be difficult. This is a great apartment for a short break.

The Quarterdeck is right in the best part of town, just steps away from Harbour beach, Ice Cream, Pasties, Fish n Chips and the pub! We loved sitting by the windows and & taking in the fabulous view across St Ives bay. We had a lovely, happy week there, with all the sights, sounds & smells of a proper seaside holiday. Everything was easily accessible for us. The property was cosy, light and bright.

We had a great holiday and have already booked to come again next year. Thank you to the team.
