Views spectacular in this very small apartment but a bit dated

We have stayed in this apartment many times both with our 2 children when they were living at home and now on our own as a couple. It's well equipped. The views are amazing - probably the best in St Ives. It's cool in Summer and cozy in the colder months. Never disappoints.

Location/view is brilliant, we saw seals and dolphins in the bay from the apartment windows. The kitchen is well equipped, the welcome items added a nice touch. The beds are comfortable. Parking spot was very handy.

Always loved St. Ives, been visiting for the last 65 years or so. The vast majority of people you meet there are lovely, and that includes the Aspects girls. Actually in their case make that vast majority 100%.

Cosy apartment with a fabulous view. This was our second visit to Smeatons Pier Apartment this year and it did not disappoint. Everything you need for a great holiday including a very comfy double bed ! The parking space is an absolute bonus. We hope to return again next year!

We had another really good stay at Smeaton's Pier. The location and views are fantastic and everything is close at hand. The car parking space is a real bonus. I'm sure we'll be back again!

Fabulous location with amazing sea/beach views and the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks below! The apartment is nicely furnished and the kitchen area is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Very clean & tidy with a very comfortable double bed. The living area is very ‘cosy’ but as the weather was so good we were out & about most of the day. Close to beaches and restaurants but still a fairly quiet location. Parking space an absolute bonus! We had a lovely holiday and would definitely book again.

...and another wonderful week in St Ives in late March. Smeaton's Pier Apartment is an ideal location just off the harbour perched over Bamaluz beach with stunning views across the bay and harbour.

Ideal (and rare) parking space...maybe a little tight getting to and into the space for the uninitiated but no trouble for us.

Close to all that St Ives has to offer. Don't be fooled with the quiet feeling of St Ives the town.

We have stayed in this and adjacent apartments on many occasions without any issues...just great vacation memories...thoroughly recommend.

Smeaton's Pier Apartment must have one of the most amazing views in the whole of St Ives, I never want to leave it when we stay there. We have also stayed in the Penthouse Apartment which is equally lovely but the extra flight of stairs is more tricky for us as you get older !

Fantastic location , very comfortable and well equipped also best view in St Ives . Parking a real bonus .

Beautiful comfortable clean apartment catering for all our needs,with amazing views onto the beach and pier. Parking was an added bonus being so close, but would recommend usage for small cars only as it is a tight space. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!!!

There can be few better views in Cornwall than those offered from this cosy apartment. It was so wonderful to watch seals and the beautiful swirling ocean down below. It is nicely furnished and comfortable with everything you need for your stay and so well located for beach, shops and restaurants, whilst having a nearby parking space is a real bonus. A great place for our family of four who enjoyed a fabulous holiday here. The only slight negative is finding somewhere to hang wetsuits but overall we strongly recommend the apartment.

Had another amazing holiday at Smeatons pier apartment for the third year running. Love the place with it’s stunning views and fantastic location. Parking space around the corner is a real bonus too. Will miss the place next year as have had to book alternative accommodation that is more affordable, as prices have increased considerably.

Great apartment, we were also blessed with fabulous weather, looking out at the sandy beach and turquoise sea felt like being in the med! We like St Ives but it can get very busy, the property is well located within a quiet part of town. The car parking space is also great but as mentioned by other guests is a little stressful to manoeuvre into. This our third time booking through Aspect, their service is always excellent.

This is a great apartment, very conveniently situated, with a stunning view over the bay especially if you can be up for sunrise!

Aspects provide an excellent freindly helpful service and have super properties.

This is a super apartment with fab views of the sea from all rooms. It’s bright, light, modern and clean. Great location, at the heart of the town.

Be aware that the living/room kitchen are on the small side, if there are four of you.

Aspects is now the best agency in town and we had really good service from Louise and Paige in the office, which is based right on the harbour so you can pop in if needs be.

Great location with rare parking (parking is tight if you are in a big car). The apartment is in a quiet location with wonderful views. Two flights of stairs up to be taken into account for anyone with mobility issues. We would certainly not hesitate to stay here again and if there is a large family party there are three accommodations at this location which could be used with plenty of people booking.

Absolutely beautiful apartment - we have stayed several times. It is spacious, extremely light and has THE BEST view in the whole of St Ives. Both bedrooms en-suite which is lovely. Situated at Smeatons Pier, it is peaceful, no noise from holiday-makers out in the town at night and all you can hear is the sound of the waves. Great to have covered (ie seagull-proof!) parking in the centre of St Ives although it takes courage due to the narrow lanes - if you have a choice of cars, bring the smallest you can fit everything in to make life easier for yourself!

Excellent location with just fabulous views. Adequate internet but maybe unsuitable for more than one person on line. Parking would be tight for some with a large car but a major positive and a key reason why we stay at these apartments. Two x bathrooms a bonus if both bedrooms are used. Two flights of stairs - not unusual in a St Ives apartment!

Amazing location, clean and well equipped. We would definitely stay here again. Parking a few steps away, which makes unpacking the car easier. Fabulous watching dolphins and the seals each day from the window.

The holiday starts when you arrive at the apartment and open the windows to overlook the beach and see over to Godrevy and Hayle. The sound of the waves and seeing sunrise early in the morning is a huge plus. Rooms are equipped with everything you need. Great location with bars/restaurants all close by. Welcome pack was also very good and Aspects were very helpful to help us check in with ease. ?? Highly recommend.

This apartment is beautiful right on the beach. Everything you need is in there, the beds are so comfortable. It's great that it has 2 little bathrooms. I cant wait to go back

Our second year running at this delightful property. The view as you walk in is absolutely breathtaking. The location is fantastic with a parking space a few steps away ( which in St Ives is a must). Can’t wait to return soon.

Lovely apartment that is small but perfectly formed. Fantastic location with amazing views out over Bamaluz beach & then over to Porthminster & Carbis Bay. We could happily spend hours sitting at the windows watching boats go out & youngsters jumping off the pier into the sea. The apartment is really clean & the parking space is a bonus which we managed to fit our long saloon car in to. Great stay!

Staying at Smeaton’s Apartment is a wonderful experience as you are right near the sea, so you go to sleep at night listening to the waves crashing on the rocks and in the morning the seagull wake you with their screeching and knocking on the window. If you are lucky their is a baby seagull to watch taking its first steps up the roof. The rooms are light and airy, with modern furniture and fittings. Only downside is that the en-suites are tiny but still tastefully tiled and fitted with shower, toilet and small wash hand basin. Beds are very comfy and welcome after a hard day enjoying yourself on the beach or cliff tops. Hope to come back again soon.

PERFECT for able bodied adults - not suitable for kids or dogs. Fantastic to have a parking space 20 yes away. Comfy, well equipped with beautiful views.

Wonderful apartment. Superb views. Very comfortable & clean. Such a relaxing holiday to sit & watch the sea & so close to town to visit the lovely shops & restaurants. Parking nearby is a real bonus. Our 2nd visit & certainly won’t be the last.

Lovely clean and well appointed apartment with great views both front and back. Large bedrooms and two bathrooms. Steps to property but only one flight and a dedicated parking space only a couple of yards away which is a rarity in St. Ives. Would recommend for adults due to height of property at the rear overlooking sea and large opening windows but it was fabulous for us!

A great location - the sea right outside your window. Excellent place for getting out & about along the coastal path & a fabulous choice of local St Ives beaches.

We had a lovely time staying at Smeaton’s pier apartment. Fantastically positioned, Very close to the hub of the town however very quiet in the evenings. The apartment was spotlessly clean which is very important to us. We have never been disappointed with Aspects holidays. The high quality accommodation is the reason why we would never risk to book up with any of the holiday company.

We absolutely loved staying in Smeaton's Pier Apartment close to all amenities and beaches yet a quiet location. Loved watching the sunrise over the sea and spotting the seal in the cove below. The apartment was so clean, comfortable and homely. The only thing I didn't like was having to leave.

Wow,What a view! Pictures didn't do it justice. A fantastic location and a lovely little apartment with breathtaking views. Had an amazing week with all facilities right on the doorstep. Have already booked again for next year.

A very comfortable Apartment, very clean and well decorated. A loverly place to have a complete rest for a week.

Smeaton's Pier Apartment is a lovely property just up from Smeaton's Pier.

The property was very clean and pleasantly decorated with all the appliances you would need for a self-catering holiday. The on-suite toilet/shower rooms are a little on the small side but this didn't cause us any problems.

The view from the bay window is fantastic looking out over Bamaluz beach towards Godrevy Lighthouse.

I would highly recommend this property.

This is such a fabulous, relaxing place to stay. The views out to sea are wonderful, and yet you're only a few moments from the town, nice places to eat, art at the Tate, unusual shops, and beautiful coastal walks. Perfect!

THE APARTMENT IS LOVELY WITH GREAT VIEWS. AND VERY COMFORTABLE.IT HAS ITS OWN PARKING SPOT WHICH IS GREAT.

A really nice apartment in a perfect location. You almost don't need to leave. The sea view is idyllic and gives a real sense of being by the sea at all times even when the wind is blowing or the night has rolled in.

Great access to everything and you cant get a better location.

The apartment was a great place to stay, being very close to the harbour, and having a magnificent view out to sea. Light and airy accommodation in good condition.

This was our second visit to the apartment. We love the location and amazing views.

The Apartments are well equipped. Beds are warm and comfortable. In a town where Car Parking is a constant problem, the allocated Parking space is just around the corner from the apartment and is very welcome. The View is wonderful and it is almost impossible not to find yourself settling back in your chair and losing an hour or two gazing out at the Sea, the Sky, The Gulls, The Surfers, The Seals and, if lucky, the Dolphins. It's a magical little place in a magical little place.

The apartment is in a brilliant location with stunning views.

The most amazing views Beautifully light, airy and clean apartment with covered (ie, seagull-proof) parking - what more could you want? Probably (lost count) our 5th stay in this apartment - I expect that says it all!

It was a privilege to stay in this beautiful apartment. The views are sensational and seal watching easy sitting in the armchairs in the lounge overlooking Bamaluz Beach. Also the location in relation to the other beaches, Tate, restaurants is great.
