Excellent view and very comfy flat. Really clean and practical kitchen. Great service!

We have stayed at low tide & High Tide about 6 or 7 times now. We absolutely love it. The location is brilliant. The apartment is just the right size for myself and family. Aspects go above and beyond every time we book to make sure we are looked after. We will definitely be booking again. There is no other place we would like to stay for our autumn trips!!

We’ve stayed at High Tide numerous times as it’s our favourite place in St Ives and will be returning in the Autumn. The flat provides everything required for a happy holiday plus it has fantastic views of the harbour.

High Tide is a compact and comfortable apartment with unobstructed views over St Ives harbour which are simply beautiful. The decor and furnishings are high quality and the shower room is excellent. Located centrally in the ‘buzz’ of St Ives, it’s perfect for a quick dip in the harbour, a glass of wine in one of the many bars, or a superb meal in one of the harbour side restaurants. Highly recommended!

We had originally booked another cottage in St Ives which unfortunately flooded a couple of days before we were due to arrive. Aspects Holiday was brilliant in sorting out alternative accommodation and gave us a choice of three other properties. We chose High Tide and was not disappointed. Aspects Holiday had left us a lovely welcome pack for the inconvenience (even though there wasn’t any!) It was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. The views from the living room and double bedroom are just stunning. I would have no hesitation in booking again through Aspects and staying at High Tide.

Great place to stay. We have many times and never been disappointed. Central to everything beaches town and eateries. Best tip is to pre book where you are going to eat. The Mermaid pub for excellent sea food and the Lifeboat for good pub grub! Or a bacon roll at Porthgwidden beach in the morning.

Great location especially if you like to sit and watch the tide. Well equipped property, clean fresh decor. We were very happy staying here.

The view is beautiful, the ease of being in the town can’t be understated. The apartment could do with a little TLC just in small parts nothing to massive to undertake. But the view ??

A wonderful location overlooking The Wharf and our favourite place to enjoy the ever-changing view of the harbour.

We’ve been to high tide and low tide for the last 4 years, the position is excellent over looking over the harbour. Also very close to the main town and superior restaurants. Aspect staff are always very helpful for your requirements. Highly recommendable.

We had a fab time at High tide, the views we had to wake up with every morning were amazing and we couldn’t of asked for anything better. The apartment was nice and clean with everything we needed. Perfect location to explore everything beautiful St Ives has to offer! Loved every minute of our holiday!

This is a really nice flat - perfect for 2 people or 2 people with 2 children. In saying this the second bedroom did have 2 full size single beds.

We and other family members use Aspect properties in St. Ives every year. We always have a pleasurable stay in and around the harbour. All staff are very helpful when contacted.

We have been with Aspects many times and can truthfully say we have never been disappointed. High Tide is not the best one we have holidayed in, but after saying that it was pretty good and I would stay here again but only at off peak times. It will be quite noisy in high season but if you do not mind that then it will be fine.

Another wonderful holiday and excellent friendly service from the staff at Aspects Holidays. High Tide had everything we needed for a comfortable stay plus a beautiful view, will be booking again next year.

The owners had thought of everything to make our stay so lovely. Comfy beds, nice clean linens, well equipped kitchen and location was amazing! We’ll be back!

Lovely appartment but would benefit from a larger bed in the main bedroom me and my husband slept in different rooms simply because the bed was uncomfortable and we are smaller framed people.

Excellent location, very comfortable and well equipped apartment.Great view over the harbour, where there is always something to watch from the French windows, whatever the weather. Nice welcome package of tea, coffee, biscuits and milk - much appreciated after a long journey. The beds are super comfy. V high quality bed linen and lovely fluffy towels. I have stayed here several times and already booked again for next year. Why go anywhere else when I have found an ideal place that provides everything for a great holiday.

High Tide is a wonderful apartment, beautifully kept and very well equipped with contemporary and extremely comfortable furnishings and quality bed linen. It's in a great location, convenient for everywhere. A home from home with the benefit of one of the best views in St Ives. Already looking forward to returning.
