to the front of the apartment accessed through patio doors from the sitting room there is a superb large decked balcony area with 180 degree sea views, it should also be noted that Boathouse loft is situated above a restaurant on the harbour front and as such is subject to the usual level of noise associated with this part of St Ives, especially during the busiest time of the year. We would also like to inform guests on behalf of the owner that, due to the position of the property the access to the apartment is via a rear passageway, used by the Hub restaurant and other commercial businesses on this part of the Wharf for refuse collection. This does not in any way impact on the outlook or the interior quality of the apartment.
