We stayed in 1 Harbour House for a week in March and had stayed there previously. It has recently had a refurb and has been fitted to a really high standard. Everything you might need is provided in the kitchen area and the lounge section is comfortable.
The view from the apartment is beautiful and you could spend all day watching the changes of the tide. I would definitely return to this accommodation in the future.

This is the perfect flat in the perfect location.

Ground floor so easy to load and unload the car. Excellent views, comfy window seats to drink tea and watch the tide go in and out.

Can watch the kids on the beach from the window.

Well equipped kitchen and excellent decor throughout.

1 Harbour House is a wonderful. Excellent fixture & fittings (wine fridge was a bonus).
Great views across the harbour and towards Porthminster beach. There are two window seats one in the kitchen and one in the living area from where you sit and watch the world go by. We had the best start to our mornings, sitting on the porch with a cup of hot chocolate watching the sun rise (most relaxing way to start our day).
Fabulous location within walking distance of all the restaurants, shops, bars and the various beaches St Ives has to offer. We would most certainly stay here again.

1 Harbour house is a beautiful place to stay it has everything you could possibly need. the decor is lovely and all very high quality. The beds are so comfortable we had the best nights sleep. The view is one of the best in St Ives even on a wet day we sat at the window watching the boats and people it was so relaxing and comfortable. A home from home. We have stayed in many different accommodations across St Ives and this is one of the best. We will definitely be back

The apartment was very comfortable, beautifully decorated and the owners had thought of absolutely everything that you would need on holiday.

Overall this apartment provided a very comfortable space for four adults to have a relaxed and very enjoyable holiday.

The most perfect stay at 1 Harbour House from start to finish. The view and location really do make this property pretty unbeatable. We had everything we needed and we loved being able to step right out onto the harbour front. Already missing the window seat. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

1 Harbour House is very comfortable and attractively laid out with great view from both double windows. It is well located being on the Harbour front, very near to the Harbour beach and others, local shops, pubs, eating establishments and take aways. The only slight issue was the separate bathroom which although nicely equipped is a bit cramped and could cause problems for less mobile clients. However I would definitely consider using there again.

This was yet another wonderful week away with a company we trust. The accommodation is always as described and fits a range of budgets. Of the 6-7 properties we have had they have always been great. However this last property was remarkable in every way, great holiday again - thank you aspects

I loved Harbour house, it’s my second time back and I’ll definitely book again. It’s right in the heart of everything but you can also shut your front door and sit in the lovely window seat and watch the world go by! I had my elderly mother with me on this last trip and she found it fantastic for getting around at ease. The quality and location is just superb

Stayed here for a week from 24th July. The apartment is fabulous everything you could ask for, the location and the view of the harbour right on your doorstep. Loved the window seat. Would definitely recommend it

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at No 1 Harbour House. So much so, we had already booked to go again before the end of our stay! Every thought and care had gone into the furnishings and fittings to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Beautiful location and creature comforts a plenty. 1 Harbour house is a beautiful property which is ideally situated for direct access to the beaches, shops and restaurants in St Ives. The decor in the apartment is fabulous, although right in the heart of the town the soundproofing inside is excellent. There are two bay windows to enjoy the views across the harbour and people watch through the privacy glass. The apartment was very well equipped and immaculately clean, the only issue is parking, but that is true for all properties located centrally, however it is not a problem to unload right outside the property. Would highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to return!

Love the property this was our 3rd annual stay at Harbour House and we intend to to book again in 2021,Covid permitting.The views are to die for and the facilities are top draw.We like the new Window Seat.

Wonderful apartment. Spectacular harbour views Exudes class and luxury. New window seat is the most amazing place to sit and watch the harbour come alive. Perfect location for all the glorious treats st ives has to offer. The smells of the restaurants waft in thru the huge windows- the only problem being deciding which to go for. Comfortable beds fully equipped kitchen and a real feeling of decadence in the best location in St ives.

Having stayed in St Ives 75+ times over 50 years this apt was by far the best ever. Fabulous decor and equipment, spotlessly clean and a fantastic position on the Wharf. Loved it

AN AMAZING PLACE TO STAY! 1 Harbour House is in a superb position with an amazing view of the harbour and beach. It is beautifully furnished and styled and is spotlessly clean. Everything is provided for a wonderful holiday - even if the weather is not great - amazing selection of books, CDs and board games, with a specially provided selection to occupy children. The privacy glass enables you to be right at the heart of activity without compromising privacy and the window seat is a much sought after place to be! Harbour House exceeded all our expectations. It is the perfect base from which to explore all the beaches within the Bay and the headland walks. The close proximity of the shops and restaurants means everything you need is in a short walking distance - and it feels completely safe to be out in the evenings. Really loved staying there and can't wait to come back next year!

The apartment had a great view and in a lovely position. Nice furnishing and very clean and modern. Plenty of games and good books to read. The only downside was the bedrooms they had no windows so you had to sleep with the fans on. One bedroom was only suitable for children or one adult.

Harbour house is in one of the most beautiful positions in St Ives. My wife and I stayed in the ground floor apartment , it is extremely well equipped, and very handy for all the beaches and shops . This property is the perfect place to stay for the older generation , this is our second year and we hope to return again next year ,

Just wonderful very very clean and bright

It was recommended by a friend and lived up to expectations. Excellent location right on the harbour and within easy reach of everything you could wish for in St Ives. We are returning in 1919 but unfortunately it isn't available for our dates so we have a provisional reservation for the appartment above.

Breathtaking views, very modern facillities , in walking distance to town Gallerys and the famous Sloop Inn . We have just spent the two most relaxing weeks and can recommend this stay. We are going back again in June and hope to spend many more holidays there.

Our stay at 1 harbour house was perfect,we have been coming to st Ives for 20yrs and it's the best accomadation we have stayed in.tge views were amazing.we didn't want to come home,but will return next year.

The flat is very well appointed and in a fantastic location. The owner went to a lot of trouble to take us out in his boat on a very successful fishing trip which was a highlight of our stay. We recommend this property for a very comfortable stay in a perfect location.

A very restful ambience. All facilities within easy walking distance. Curl up on sofa with a glass of wine, unwind and soak in the view!
