With parking and outdoor garden space yet being within a 15 minute walk of the town centre and St Ives fabulous beaches, it makes a wonderful base for families and couples sharing alike.

large kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, fridge/ freezer, microwave, i-pod docking station and large window looking out into garden. Dining table with 6 chairs and sideboard with boad games.

bright and large sitting room with double french doors to garden, 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa, armchair and 28" flat screen TV/ DVD/Blu-Ray. Library of books, DVDs, study desk and bookcase.
Accessible Twin/ Double en-suite bedroom:
ground floor bedroom with two 3ft zip and link beds to make a 6ft king-size bed or twin beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and vanity mirror. En-suite shower room with power shower, WC and basin.
