A former fisherman’s cottage, built in the 1800s and situated at sea-level in a quaint, narrow street within a conservation area, which is one of the oldest and most picturesque parts of St. Ives. 18 The Warren is only 100 metres from the steps down to Porthminster beach (tides permitting) and 150 metres level walk from the sea-front/harbour area.  With its close proximity to the beaches and the wide variety of seafood restaurants, shops and galleries, 18 The Warren is superbly located for a self catering holidays in St. Ives and has both front and rear outside seating, including a lovely sea-view decking area at the rear of the cottage with quality patio furniture including reclining chairs.
