12 Sunday School Court is a small but perfectly formed, charming bolthole for two. From inside this top floor apartment's comfortable and cosy sitting room, you can see the stunning blue waters across St Ives Bay. The apartment is part of a beautiful historic building that has been renovated to the highest standard. You are only a two minute walk from the harbour front and a ten minute walk to the beach. So close to it all, but tucked away from the hustle and bustle. You and your loved one can cuddle up together after a day at the beach and a night of dinner and cocktails. You are sure to have a fun, relaxing and carefree holiday.
Although there is no outside space at the apartment, you are located right next to the beautiful Trewyn gardens, which you can use at your leisure, during opening times and treat it like your own back garden.

We had a last minute booking at 12 Sunday School Court, we arrived everything was lovely clean and we appreciated the lovely welcome pack provided by Aspects. The apartment has everything you need for a holiday and this is our fourth time of staying here. It does have a number of stairs to climb but the view is well worth and by the end of stay we are able to climb without stopping. To make a booking with Aspects is so easy and the staff are so friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful 11 days. We left just that little bit more fit due to the daily exercise up and down the stairs. The view from the window is lovely, we watched the sunrise most days and it was beautiful. Close to all you could ever need or want regards food and goodies. The fish and chip shops are brilliant!. There is a little cafe just over the road called Chapels that makes very tasty sandwiches. We only left St Ives a few times as we have family there and was enjoying them, We parked our car in the Rugby club car park (which we paid for in advance online) and there is a bus service up and down the hill too. The bed in the apartment is very comfortable and it's great that there are 2 TV's as we plugged our Amazon fire stick into the bedroom one so we could catch up with our programs at the end of the full days. I recommend this place to anyone who loves St Ives as you will be in the heart of the town.

We ave had a restful holiday, the weather was very mixed sunshine and heavy rain but we were happy to look out of the windows and admire the view when we couldn't get out. The apartment is central for shops, beaches, buses and the train. There is a number of stairs and probably would be a problem for anyone who has problems with legs and lungs, it definately kept us fit, It is well equipped, a comfy bed, powerful shower, will definitely return.

A lovely compact apartment with great views out to sea . Great position and central . Parking is expensive during summer months but that’s the price you pay St Ives . Lots of stairs so maybe not so good for the older guests. Really enjoyed the stay

It's great to hear how much you enjoyed 12 Sunday School Court. Parking is unfortunately at a bit of a premium in the town, being a traditional fishing village, it was not designed with cars in mind at the time, but is part of what gives it such a charming appeal. For those properties without this facility; it is always worth looking into parking options before arrival on the local council website and private parking availability, particularly for peak weeks. 12 Sunday School is the PERFECT apartment for couples wanting to holiday in St Ives!
It is clean, modern, comfy and bright. It has everything you need to enjoy any length of stay there and we didn’t want to leave.
The best bit is the sea views and the location, only a few minutes walk to the harbour which is where everything is going on!
We loved it so much and would go back again without a doubt. Thank you Aspects.
