The private parking space is almost right outside the front door, so you can arrive and unpack totally stress-free. The apartment is also close to the train station for easy links, if you do fancy leaving the car at home. Picture romantic sunset strolls and snuggly nights in; Tehidy is a great base at any time of the year.

gas central heating. Due to the property being situated on the ground floor it may be suitable for those guests with limited mobility, as guests can be dropped off to the front of the building, the parking space to the rear does have steps down to the property. Parking space measurements are: 5ft 10ins wide and 17ft long, please allow enough room to open car doors and parking inside the white lines as these are the exact measurements of the space, WiFi, one dog welcome. .

We have stayed around the Porthminster area a few times now.The main reason is you generally get a car park space outside your apartment. It is only a short work to the beach railway station and the town but is quite hilly so you need to be good on your feet. We find aspects an outstanding company to book with and would recommend them to everyone.

This is a fantastic apartment with everything you need for a relaxing week in St.Ives. A real bonus to have parking so close to town, we didn’t use our car the whole week as everything is a short walk away. We will definitely be booking this apartment again next year!

Tehidy offers all the comforts of a well kept home and is a short & easy walk to the beaches & town centre. Essential for a good, relaxing break. Aspects themselves offer a quality based service, just as important as the comforts of Tehidy. Makes the decision to return very easy indeed.

We loved our stay here and it made a huge pleasant addition to our holiday. All the equipment was of a high standard, as was the tasteful decor and homely additions. There was plenty of helpful information available and added extras to make you feel special. There is no outdoor space available and sometimes we were aware of the neighbours, but neither a concern. The locality is great, although if out walking a little hilly to return to. However it is near to a beautiful beach which we walked to carrying everything we needed easily, plus we walked several times from one side of St Ives to the other, discovering new little cut throughs each time. Parking can be a little tricky, especially if there is traffic passing, but we managed successfully to park our Ford Cmax just within the white lines! We have no hesitation recommending this apartment.

2 Lyonesse Apartments was immaculately clean on arrival.Pleased to see the website description was accurate, always is with Aspect to be fair. A compact apartment without feeling small. Very well equiped with every thing you would expect in a larger apartment. Access to the beaches as everywhere in St Ives is down hill, so uphill when returning(only a short walk though)bear this in mind if you have mobility issues,I do myself and didn't find it too much of a struggle. As stated the car parking space is on the small side, we parked our Vauxhall Zafira comfortably with the side mirrors turned in as a courtesy neighbouring spaces. We will certainly book this apartment again.

Lovely apartment short walk up the hill from centre of st ives. Parking bit tight but we managed. Apartment very clean with milk coffee tea sugar and fudge free, which was a nice surprise. Also washer tumble/ dryer great if you had bad weather. Didn’t use any cooking stuff as we ate out every night but kitchen had everything you needed.

Whilst the parking space is long, it will only really fit smaller cars due to the width, so we include measurements on the website so that guests can check that the space will be suitable. Parking is very restricted in St Ives, so having a guaranteed space at your property is a huge benefit and we do hope that this was what you had been expecting from the information online and that you found it useful. The apartment was clean and tidy. It was close to town and not to far to stroll back after a Cornish cider or too. It was well equipped and the property was more than adequate for 2 people + a baby! Would happily visit again.

Super accommodation close to St Ives Town. Well equipped flat, clean and clearly well looked after by the owners. Parking Space at Tehidy is VERY tight, as it is with all the apartments in that block, so if you drive a SUV or 4x4 book (or park) elsewhere. Thank you for a lovely stay in some pretty weird, Covid times!

This appartment is situated a 7 to 8 minute work to the main town. There is parking for one car at the rear of the appartment building.inside there is a spaceous open plan living and kitchen area with everything you need, tv, DVD , radio and wifi.the kitchen has plenty of cupboard space along with the normal cooker toaster kettle and plenty of utensils. The bedroom is large with another tv and plenty of storage space. The bathroom next door has a bath shower and a washing machine in a cupboard . Everything for your comfort. We had a great week there.
