Loved the views!

The ladies are very friendly and helpful when booking our short break. The apartment was fully equipped and a great location. Nice touch left for our family, fizz, chocolates tea coffee and milk.

Absolutely loved this unique property . It was extremely well furnished , beautiful bed linens and towels . The welcome pack was well received . Amazing views from the lounge in particular. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend .

Had a lovely two weeks late September 23 weather was mixed but managed to get a tan. The property was clean and light with fantastic views over the bay we had everything we needed on site. Watched the sunrise from our bed every morning with a brew will recommend to friends and family.

Lyonesse Seven is a very comfortable, light and airy, stylish apartment with superb views of the town and beach. We really enjoyed a restful stay there and would definitely consider booking again. Be prepared for the steep walks back from town and beach, and also the very tight parking space. It's a great base for exploring the town and the coastline on foot or by train.

What an absolute gem! The photos do not do this apartment justice. It's very spacious with beautiful views and very well equipped. We would love to come back again!

Absolutely fantastic holiday apartment. View out of one window to carbis bay, and the other to the harbour. Everything needed was there. Welcome teabags etc was super touch Also full sky tv in lounge and main bedroom! Nice quiet area as well when we went. We thought this was a great stay, and would love to stop here again. Many thanks to the owners.

We have stayed in Lyonesse Seven a few times now and it suits our family very well in terms of number of rooms, number of bathrooms, location, comfort and views.

It was amazing

Loved this property and I will return. Fabulous base, clean and bigger than I expected. Parking very tight but we managed just a bit of patience needed to ease in. I thought it would be really small inside but it was enough space for my family of 4 and very comfortable. The use of the beach chairs and screens a great help. We were really very pleased and had a lovely stay.

Loved this beautiful apartment. Fantastic views, very spacious and well equiped. We did not mind staying in on the days it rained. The climb up the hill is much needed after all those cream teas! Great location for the beach and town. The only negative is the parking, we have a regular family car but two larger cars parking on either side made it impossible. Thankfully someone was always around to move and let us in or out but you should be aware of this. Overall would recommend.

Lovely apartment- great views from the lounge and bedroom. Plenty of room and very clean and comfortable. We have stayed here several times and we leave the car in the space outside and spend the whole week walking.

Lovely place To die for views Kitchen well equipped Extra cleaning material left for guests Down hill on the way into town Uphill on the way out??Not for people with mobility problems. A relaxing retreat to stop unwind at as you slowly fall in love with St Ives?? No one ever goes to St Ives Just once, not possible??????

Lyonesse Seven is in a great location with lovely views of the harbour one side and Porthminster from the front. A fully equipped, roomy and comfortable apartment for our family of 5. Just perfect.

This was our second time to St Ives and staying at the Lyonesse 7 and yet again we had a wonderful holiday. Beautiful beaches, fantastic views, amazing body boarding, wonderful apartment and delicious food.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views of both Porthminster Beach and the Harbour. Plenty of room, and the benefit of a car space. Obviously with it being so high up, the hills are steep!!

Absolutely fantastic accomodation, quality furnishings and a great location.

Will really miss those views of St Ives and beyond.

Excellent value for a family holiday with 6 adults and we didn't feel crowded. Well equipped kitchen and all the furnishings and fittings were of a high standard. Great views from the main bedroom and lounge. Good location and not too many steepl hills to climb to get home at the end of the day/ evening!! Will definitely book again.

Good location only a short walk into the town centre.

A very pleasant apartment with stunning views. Possibly slightly cramped for 6 adults with parking rather tight for anything bigger than an average family car. Ideally situated for porthminster beach and the town, and would certainly consider returning on future occasions.

Lyonesse Seven was very easy to find on our way into St Ives. As was parking and entry into the apartment.

Myself, my wife and 3 kids have been coming to St Ives for many years and we thought we would try somewhere new to stay.

From the moment we stepped into the accommodation we knew it was special. The layout was quirky, the quality of the furnishings and appliances were excellent, the rooms were big and the views were really quite special. A clear view of the harbour one side and looking down to Porthminster beach and St Ives bay from the front. Amazing sunrises in the morning! Wow.

We would definitely love to come back and stay here again! Thank you.

The best holiday apartment we have ever stayed in, very well equipted with fantastic views over the bay.
