Magnificent views can be enjoyed from the kitchen/dining area and master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Front access is via a 50ft grass lawned area with a patio and outdoor seating.  To the rear is a beautifully terraced garden, also with outdoor seating.

comfortable leather seating for six plus two additional chairs, TV/DVD, wide folding patio doors to an enclosed rear courtyard complete with outdoor shower (a handy addition after beach trips). Spiral staircase up to parking area and terraced rear gardens.

round dining table with eight chairs in a large bay window to the front of the property with sea views, sofa, TV /DVD.

Kitchen area:

fully equipped kitchen, island unit incorporating a breakfast bar with three stools, solid wood work surfaces and soft close cupboards and drawers, gas hob with wok burner, twin electric oven with grills, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer.

Utility room:

washer, dryer, sink, WC, ladder radiator, door to rear patio.

Master bedroom:

king size bed, tub chairs. En suite with roll top bath, WC & basin.

Bedroom 2:

double bed.

Bedroom 3:

twin beds, French doors to rear gardens.

Bedroom 4:

staircase to the attic bedroom which consists of twin beds, dormer window with sea views.

Bathroom:

roll top bath, WC & basin.

Shower room:

shower and cloakroom with WC & basin.

Additional information:

towels provided, parking for up to two cars. Gas central heating throughout.
