A delightful cottage located within the picturesque and beachside location of The Wharf, you will be in the heart of St. Ives within moments yet tucked back enough to enjoy a little peace and tranquility. The cottage offers accommodation over three floors and has retained many characterful features of a traditional St. Ives cottage namely the spectacular blue elvin rock feature as part of the en-suite shower room on the ground floor. This is a wonderful property for families and friends wishing to be within a stone's throw of the beach and the great selection of restaurants and cafes on the Wharf and Harbour.

first floor, open plan area on white floorboards and high beamed ceilings, coal fire place, two three seater sofas, TV/DVD, dining table with 6 chairs, dishwasher, electric oven and gas hob, stable doors leading to outside seating area with bistro table and two chairs.

ground floor, single bed, 4ft double bed, chest of drawers, bedside lamp

Family bathroom:
first floor, bath with shower over, WC and basin

basement room, double bed, painted granite walls, 4ft sofa bed, small dressing table, chest of drawers and cupboard housing washing machine. En-suite shower room with feature Blue Elvin rock as part of shower, WC, basin, heated towel rail.
