Our 3rd stay at Lynvale and will definitely book again. Spotlessly clean with comfy beds and a well equipped kitchen . Nice treats left for us which were much appreciated . Lots of parking space .

This place is a dream a wonderful view of the harbour. The place is immaculate and the owner is lovely and so helpful.

House in quiet private location with parking. 5 mins walk down to Mousehole. The house is very clean and well equipped and has two ensuites and a bathroom. each of the 3 bedrooms has a TV. There are sea views from the house and garden. Outside seating provided for lazy summer days enjoying the sea views.

This is lovely accommodation in a very attractive location. Easy access to Mousehole where the local transport links are excellent making it easy to get round west Cornwall without using your car

Great place to stay. Very comfortable with good facilities for self catering. Not at all expensive. Short walk into Mousehole down the hill. Parking for a car included which is uncommon at properties in Mousehole. My wife and I plan to return in the future.

A definite “go to” property. Lynvale is in a superb location with excellent onsite parking. The internal decor is extremely good. The kitchen and bathrooms are very well appointed and the accommodation is very comfortable and clean. The owner lives above the property and was very personable.

Lynvale is absolutely perfect for a stay in mousehole. The parking is also such an advantage and it is only slightly up the hill and a pretty 5 min walk from the harbour. Inside it is immaculate and really well equipped and super squeaky clean! We have tried to book for our week again next year and it has already been filled. I think this says it all really! I very much hope we can stay here again and absolutely recommend Lynvale, it was amazing.

A spacious, stylish and comfortable holiday rental. Great location with ample parking. Outside space with seating was excellent and took advantage of the wonderful views. We would be very happy to return.

We all enjoyed Lynvale .It was just as seen online .Very good views and amazing to have parking in Mousehole .Also great space to drink outside in the garden. Very friendly owner.so near everything but nice to be elevated for views .

A good base to explore West Cornwall. We particularly enjoyed Mousehole harbour Christmas lights and St Michaels Mount.

We were three couples having a long weekend in October 2021. The accommodation was very good and very reasonably priced. All bedrooms were a good size and the property offered a great view down to Mousehole harbour.

What an amazing property! We felt extremely lucky to have a week here before our little one is due.
The property is stunning with great facilities. Super location (not too far up the hill from the harbour which I was very thankful for at 7 months pregnant) Being able to sit at the dining table and watch out to sea and see the dolphins and seals was mesmerizing. Fiona was great also, very friendly and welcoming. We would highly recommend a trip to the Rock Pool Café for a delicious cream tea. We will hopefully be back in the future.

What a fabulous property with the advantage of being just 5 mins away from the busier village and the value of parking facilities should NOT be underestimated. Absolutely immaculate inside and so tastefully decorated/furnished with quirky style. We loved it and will be returning again.

This is the second time we have stayed in this lovely property. It is very clean and attractively decorated and very well equipped. The location is convenient, being within easy walking distance of the Mousehole shops and it has a beautiful sea view. We'll definitely be booking again.

We had a fabulous week-long stay at Lynvale in mid-June. It is perfectly situated in the charming village of Mousehole, in a very quiet location, with views out to sea across to the Lizard peninsula. The house is spacious and had been cleaned to a high standard for our arrival. The owner lives next door, she is a lovely lady and very discreet. There is a generous outdoor garden to sit out and enjoy the sunshine, which we fortunately had lots of. A 5-minute walk downhill will take you to the harbour with various gift shops, delis and a very good pub, The Ship Inn. Don't expect much in the way of food shops or the like here, but that all adds to the charm, and Penzance is only a few miles away should you need to stock up. Superb walking is on your doorstep, we particularly enjoyed the 3 mile walk along the coastal path to Lamorna Cove, note it is quite rough and steep in places. Also great pub food at The Kings Arms, a five-minute walk uphill in the neighbouring village of Paul. Lynvale also has a free parking space which is very useful in these parts ! They don't come much better than this, we will return !

Ideal place to stay, very clean and spacious, short walk to shops eating places and the harbour. Plenty of parking space. Owner very welcoming and some goodies as a welcome treat.

Lynvale has one of the best views, location and ambience in all the many properties I have stayed in Cornwall. Fiona, the host has created a beautiful haven of tranquility... we did not want to leave. Watching the sunrise with a cup of tea every morning was heavenly.

Lynvale was very tastefully decorated in all rooms. Wonderful sea views from 3 rooms. Within easy each of mousehole and a central place to stay to visit the surrounding areas of interest. Parking on site was very useful.

Lynvale was the perfect cosy base for our stay in Cornwall. Loved it!

Lynvale is absolutely beautiful! We were a party of 6 and there was plenty of room for all of us to be comfortably seated and bedroom were a good size. Having two en-suite as well as a family bathroom meant no queuing for showers! Having a driveway big enough for several cars was brilliant as parking in Mousehole can be a nightmare. The owners had decorated the house and left us a lovely welcome package that really started our week with a smile. Will definitely return as a family and with friends.

Lynvale is a very comfortable and nicely furnished property with lovely views and plenty of parking. The owner made us feel very welcome. We definitely intend to visit again.

We had a brilliant holiday staying at Lynvale in Mousehole. It is a lovely house which the owner has taken a lot of care with. We would love to stay there again.

Found the bungalow very pleasant with comfy beds and crisp white sheets and towels. Having ensuites in two bedrooms and a family bathroom was wonderful, as was the adequate parking just 5 minutes away from the narrow roads and pricey car parks in lovely Mousehole. The view was superb from the windows in this room. We loved the peace and quiet which made for a truly wonderful holiday. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely highly recommend this property.
