Nestled against the sand dunes of the beautiful conservation area of St. Ives Bay, you are ideally located close to the 4km white sand beach running between Godrevy Lighthouse and Hayle Estuary to enjoy surfing, rock pooling, swimming or simple relaxtion. Sandbank offers pleasant gardens with a picnic area, sand play area for children and quiet corner for those wanting some privacy. Within a few miles of the A30, you are within easy reach of St. Ives, Penzance,Truro, Falmouth or Eden Project as well as the spectacular gardens such as Trebah, Trewithen or Lamorran. A very warm welcome awaits you!

First floor entrance into an open plan kitchen/dining/sitting area. Electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dining table with chairs, TV/DVD, sofa and tub armchair.

Bedroom 1:

Double bed, bedside tables, single wardrobe.

Bedroom 2:

Twin beds, bedside tables, single wardrobe.

Bathroom:

Bath with shower over, basin and WC.

Additional information:

On-site washing/ drying service for a small fee, free parking, towels provided, night storage heating and communal gardens with children's play area.
