This was our second stay in an Aspects property and our first in Bude and Links Loft. The service and communication from Aspects is excellent and they are one of the most helpful companies I’ve dealt with. Links Loft is a beautiful apartment, very tastefully furnished with everything we needed and the bed and sofa were very comfy. It’s in a good location for walking to the sea front, canal and shops. We’d highly recommend the Olive Tree by the canal for excellent food. The only downside to the property was the road noise - it was fine in the living area but quite loud in the bedrooms.

Property was beautiful, so warm and cosy. Had absolutely everything we needed and more, including a bottle of wine, chocolates and a voucher for a local deli. Jude and Nikki in the office below were super friendly and made us feel so welcome. We would definitely stay here again.

Another wonderful stay in this fantastic apartment. This was our second time staying at Links Loft and our third time visiting Bude. This was a much needed holiday for myself and my husband and it didn’t disappoint. Location and apartment perfect. Jude and Nikki at Aspects deserve a very special mention, these ladies are a credit to Aspects and we feel we have made two great friends. Love visiting here so much so we have re booked for next year.

Another wonderful holiday in Bude, staying at Links Loft. Perfect location for everything around you to enjoy. A short walk to the coastal path where I spend most of the day out walking. Links Loft is well equipped. You can park the car in the road opposite and keep an eye on it from the bedroom window (but it feels very safe!). Jude and Nikki are in the Aspects shop below and give you a wave each day. What’s not to love?! It’s my favourite place on earth!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Links Loft, the property has everything for an enjoyable break away. It’s set back from the centre of Bude but only a short walk away and half an hour drive from Tintagel and Boscastle if you fancy seeing more of North Cornwall.

fabulous modern apartment with everything we needed for our stay. It has easy access to the restaurants and beaches of Bude. And was a great central location for us visiting friends and family around Devon and Cornwall.

The apartment was spotlessly clean, bright, airy and so welcoming. Super comfortable beds, the luxury of two showers and a bath and a well equipped kitchen with everything we could possibly need. The location is ideal, just a few minutes walk to the beach, canal and the town centre. We were able to park just across the road so our car was always fully visible from the bedroom windows.

A big shout out to Jude and Nikki in the Aspects office below the apartment, who were so friendly and helpful. Thank you for the voucher for the Deli, it was much appreciated.

Another wonderful stay at Links Loft and we even had lovely weather this time which was a bonus! Can’t fault this property. Perfect location for the beaches, canal, shops and coastal path. Very much use it as a base as we spend most of the day out walking. However, Links Loft is comfortable to come back to and has a nice roof terrace for an evening cuppa in the sunshine. Well equipped, plenty of towels, dish cloths, loo rolls etc so you really don’t have to bring anything from home. You can park the car across the road from the property and can always see it which is good. A lovely spacious property which is perfect for my brother, myself and my dog. Thanks for a brilliant week!

I have stayed here several times and every time it feels like I’m coming home! It’s perfectly located for the SW coastal path and for the beaches in Bude. Also close to the town and its shops along with the canal. Can’t fault the property. Bright and airy, very clean and well equipped with everything you would want (including everything for my dog!). Lovely welcome box and great to see Jude and Nikki, the Aspects Holiday Reps! Already counting down the days till my return!

Links loft is a light and airy apartment perfectly located for a short walk to the beaches, sea pool, canal and town. Great personal service from the team at Aspects - a lovely call ahead of check in to confirm the apartment was ready, great to see the team some mornings and afternoons and the voucher for the deli was unexpected and very much appreciated. The 3 of us had the best week and would stay here again!

Links loft was easily accessible for beach and town, free parking. Lovely modern and comfy furnishings …. All equipment you would need. Kitchen had every appliance plus more ,… The staff are on hand for anything you need, support was second to none …. They were a credit to the company The whole place was so clean, beds so comfy …. Had a fantastic week, excellent place to stay and very near to town, beaches and cafes. Dog friendly and equipped with everything you could possibly need. We would definitely return again. Having two bathrooms was a real bonus. Thanks to the Aspects team. Hassle free holiday.

The voucher for the deli was very sweet. Great location for both beaches, not far at all to walk down. The apartment was also well equipped for our dog and fabulous walks as soon as we came out of the door. The little outdoor area was an absolute sun trap and nice to sit out on. What can I say about this stunning apartment ?! Very luxurious from top to bottom. Everything was thought of and catered for. Myself, husband and our girls enjoyed a wonderful week in Bude at Easter and couldn't have asked for anything more. The ladies in the Aspects office downstairs went out of their way to look after us and make our stay as comfortable as possible i.e. turning on the heating just before we arrived. Don't hesitate to stay if this little gem is available !!

Links Loft is a fantastic loft apartment close to Crooklets beach, the town, coastal path, Bude Sea Pool, the canal and Summerleaze beach. All were about a 5-10 minute walk away. The apartment overlooked the golf course and felt very spacious. It is like a London loft apartment but in Bude! Perfect location, brilliantly equipped and a comfortable stay for the week! Loved the dog bed and bowls for my four legged friend. There were even dog leads for you to use and a towel for paws if needed (it really was dog friendly!). Jude and Nikki were in the Aspects shop below and were as welcoming as ever (thank you for the gift voucher on arrival; a real treat!). A perfect week, the weather was kind and I’m already excited to be returning in both June and September! Thank you Aspects!

The customer service from Aspects Holidays has been fantastic from start to finish. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 plus the dog and we had a wonderful stay! Spotlessly clean, well equipped and a lovely welcome voucher to spend locally too! We would definitely recommend!

Absolute loved the stay! Great location out the town for us and the apartment was perfect for us with our 7 months old baby and dog.

A fabulous place, very spacious for 4 people and a dog. Beautifully decorated and furnished. Had everything you needed. Didn’t have to use car at all whilst there as everything within walking distance. Prosecco, chocolates and a voucher for the local deli was a lovely touch and much enjoyed! Thank you Aspects. We have used Aspects now quite a few times I highly recommend them

We had a fabulous holiday at Links Loft. The apartment was excellent - light, airy, spotlessly clean and really well equipped. It had everything we needed - for us and our dog. A perfect location - easy to walk into the centre of Bude with a nice stroll over the golf course. It was ideal for Crooklets beach which we walked down to in the mornings before the dog ban kicked in at 10am. Jude was lovely and made us feel so welcome on arrival. She was very helpful and friendly and made some good recommendations about places to go. Bude is a lovely place - this is our second visit and it was as nice as we remembered. We walked along the canal and did parts of the coast path, after getting maps and chatting to a very nice lady in Tourist Information. We will definitely be using Aspects Holidays again - the booking process was really easy, they kept us well informed and sent us everything we needed ahead of our trip. I would highly recommend Aspects and Links Loft.

The Aspects Holiday staff, whose offices are beneath, were both very helpful and efficient. Parking was free and always available opposite, with easy walks to either the various incredible beaches nearby or Bude itself. There was a local and well-stocked Sainsburys for our shopping needs and the kitchen provided plenty of space for cooking, as Bude itself is not over-endowed with eating places, although we were there at the busiest time in August. Overall a great holiday - thank you Aspects!

Everything was perfect, Great apartment, brilliant location and Jude was extremely welcoming and helpful.

A fabulous apartment that is walking distance to the beaches and the town (great for body boarding and surfing). The apartment is spacious (we were two adults and two teenagers) and it was impeccably maintained. The balcony, although overlooked by windows, is still a brilliant sun trap and is a relaxing place to sit with a glass of wine after a day body-boarding. All beds and bedding were very comfortable and of a high quality. There was a slight noise from the road but nothing to deter from our awesome week in Bude. Bude’s Sea Pool is a must to visit along with Maggie’s coffee van located along the canal near The Falcon Hotel (also great for evening drinks) where you can get a great flat white and an almond croissant. This was our second time in Bude, which is a relatively quiet Cornish beach location.

The accommodation was perfect, the location, places to walk the dog and everything including decor and utensils inside was to a very high standard. There was no clutter just very well thought out items to meet all your needs. With the open ceiling the accommodation felt very airy. I found Aspect Holidays very professional and personable, nothing was too much problem for them. I will definitely be looking to use Aspect again and recommend to friends and certainly wouldn't hesitate to book the Loft again

This was a stop off after spending 4 nights in St Ives, may I add in another lovely property booked through Aspects. The apartment was spacious, spotless, well furnished and comfortable. It had all the equipment needed, including a separate utility room. There were TV's in both bedrooms, I can see that this would be a great property for a family. The town and beaches are within easy walking distance. We were left a Gift Voucher to use in the local Deli shop. On arrival, the coffee machine did not work. By the next morning, Jude and Gareth had replaced it with a new one. They both were very friendly and helpful. A lovely place to stay and would do so again if ever in Bude.

This was our 2nd visit to Links loft and we loved our stay once again. Fabulous apartment, very clean and location is brilliant for some lovely walks and a nice short walk into town. We had a great week.

We really enjoyed our stay at Links Loft. It’s location was fab and the place itself is just what we needed! Would stay here again! Our only recommendation is that the double mattress be replaced.

Had a great stay at Links Loft, perfect location for beach and coastal path. Well equipped, tastefully furnished and the Aspects team in the Bude office (Jude & Gareth) were really friendly and helpful. Lots of choice for places to eat and drink, we enjoyed Life a Beach at Summerleaze beach.

Links Loft is a lovely holiday flat. I was a little worried when we turned up, but inside was lovely and plenty big enough for a family of 4. My children particularly enjoyed having Netflix on the TV in their bedroom! We didn’t use the outdoor space - it was very overlooked and not that attractive.

The flat is only a short walk away from the town centre, however it is located on a fairly busy road and the noise of the traffic did bother us - for that reason we would look for an alternative property if we visit Bude again the in the future.

Our stay at Links Loft was lovely, it’s well equipped and beautifully furnished and was nice chatting to Jude & Gareth from the office. It’s in a great location with shops & beaches a few minutes walk away. Bar 35 is a great little place for a drink or two and we ate at Life’s A Beach by Summerleaze Beach a few times and would recommend. Hopefully we will return to Bude again soon and pretty sure we will book through Aspects.

My two teenage daughters and I had a fantastic week at Links Loft despite the problems of the pandemic. All aspects of the Aspects service were very excellent including the local staff Jude and Gareth who were very helpful in relation to a few small queries we had during I stay. Bude is a lovely place so we'll certainly be looking to come back and would definitely use Aspects for our accommodation when we do.

We could not have asked for a better property or hosts. Links Loft is a gem. We especially want to say a big thank you to the hosts working at Aspects in the Bude office; they were friendly and most helpful- nothing was too much trouble. The location is perfect and we will most certainly be returning.

We had a pleasant holiday in Bude despite the wind & rain. Links Loft was a lot smaller than I had imagined but would suit 2 adults and 2 children. A lovely welcome pack on arrival & generally well equipped, the double bed was not the most comfortable and very low. The roof top terrace is overlooked from all side & I personally wouldn’t like to sit outside but would be ok for children supervised, good distance to Bude town & beaches not to far away.

Great family accommodation in good location

Our second stay in Cornwall with Aspect Holidays, as well as last time, everything was perfect. Bude Loft is a very cozy apartment with everything we need for a pleasant holiday. Everything is spotless, clean and ready for guests. On our arrival we found some basic food for a simple dinner or breakfast. (Thanks, now I'm addicted to clotted cream). The agency's office is right in the house, so if anything is needed, help is within easy reach. The supermarket is not far from the apartment as well as the city center with lots of restaurants and small shops. The most important thing for me - the beach - a few hundred meters away - a pleasant five minute walk. We are always happy to use the perfect Aspect Holidays services. The only thing we regret is that Cornwall is very far away for us. We will be happy to come again. Favorite place for our holidays!

Links Loft is fabulous, location is brilliant not far from the beaches and not far from shops and restaurants. Loved the loft ,beautifully clean and everything you could possibly want, there was a lovely welcome pack there which was great will definitely be going back for another holiday.

We stayed at Links Loft over Christmas to meet up with family and friends. We were really pleased with the apartment and the information provided. It's a lovely space, nicely-furnished and well-equipped. The location is good for both town and beach. We would happily stay there again (we have family in the area) and would happily use Aspects again.

We absolutally loved our stay at Links Loft, Bude. The property was beautiful and such a high standard of finish. We felt so welcome on arrival with the gifts, the milk in the fridge was just beyond lovely. Plus the scones etc!!! Thank you so much for providing the best self catering accommodation we have ever stayed in with so many wonderful personal touches. I think the only thing we could say as a tiny negative was the TVs placement on the wall in the longe area is a bit high, it could do with coming down about a foot for a ease of watching. BUT, that’s our preference not a negative. The staff at Aspects handled all our concerns quickly and efficiently, we will absolutely be booking again. In fact we would have book straight away but we are not clear on the Oct holiday dates yet for next year.
