Terms & Conditions
Promotion period
The promotion opens at 12 noon on 17th October 2014 and closes at midnight on 14th November 2014. Only entries received after the opening date and before the closing date will be included in the prize draw.
How to enter
To enter, upload a photo of your dog on a beach. You must have the right to use the image, and the photo must feature a dog on a beach to qualify. If you prefer, you can email us your submission via email (see General section below). You can enter as many times as you like, but each entry must include a different image.
Prize
There is one (1) prize consisting of a £100 voucher which can be redeemed on any future holiday with Aspect Holidays taken before December 31st 2015. Whilst past holidays cannot be re-credited, the value of the voucher can be used towards a prebooked holiday that is yet to be taken. If the total cost of the holiday is less than the amount of the voucher, the remaining balance on the voucher can be used on a different future holiday with Aspects Holidays taken before December 31st 2015. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to provide the stated prize, we reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value. There is no cash alternative and by entering you agree to abide by Aspects Holidays Terms and Conditions.
Selection of winner
The winner will be the photo with the highest number of votes by the end of the competition. If the winner cannot be contacted after two (2) attempts within three (3) business days of the draw date, we reserve the right to select an alternate winner. We reserve the right to select an alternative winner in the event that we have reasonable grounds for believing that a winner has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions. The name and home county of the winner will be available for one (1) month after the prize draw takes place by sending a stamped self addressed envelope to ‘photo competition’ at the address set out below. The winner will be announced on Facebook.
Eligibility
You have to be over 13 to enter the competition and have a valid email address. The following people are not eligible to enter the competition:
>Employees of Aspects Holidays Ltd, its respective subsidiaries and associated companies including the prize supplier if applicable
>Immediate family members of Aspects Holidays Ltd employees or members of their household.
Aspects Holidays Ltd assumes that by entering the competition you have the legal capacity to do so and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
General
There is no entry fee and no purchase required. It is not necessary to be a fan or follower of Aspects Holidays on Facebook. Non-Facebook users may enter via email. To enter via email. please send your photos to ‘marketing@aspects-holidays.co.uk’, along with your full name, home county, and email address. Aspects Holidays reserves the right to use all photo submissions on their Facebook page and website. By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (which may be amended or varied at any time by us with or without notice), by our decisions which are final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into. All changes to the Terms and Conditions will be posted in revised terms and conditions on the website. We accept no responsibility for comments submitted that do not appear in the comments list. We reserve the right to remove comments that are inappropriate, rude, distasteful or prejudiced in any way and so remove the commenter from the competition. Personal information collected from entrants will be used by us solely in connection with Aspects Holidays and will not be disclosed to any third party except for the purpose of operating the competition and fulfilling prizes where applicable. By entering the competition you agree to the use of your name and address in publicity relating to the competition and you are giving Aspects Holidays permission to contact you at a future date. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
We reserve the right to remove any entry from the competition which we believe to fraudulent, without notice. (Added Oct 24th 2014).
These are the Terms and Conditions that govern the relationship between you, the entrant, and Aspects Holidays Limited of Unit 14, Hayle Industrial Park, Hayle, Cornwall, TR27 5JR. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to Aspects Holidays and not to Facebook.
